This website is operated by Loved Always Pet Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Loved Always Pet Co. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting lovedalwayspetco.com, using our website, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence to use this website or place an order. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, violate applicable laws, transmit malicious code, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website for conduct that violates these Terms.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, previews, and images accurately. Screen settings, photograph quality, cropping, printing, and production processes may cause reasonable differences between an on-screen preview and the finished product.

Personalized products are created from information and images submitted by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing the selected product options, uploaded image, cropping, placement, spelling, and personalization preview before submitting an order.

We may modify product descriptions, prices, specifications, or availability without notice. We may discontinue a product at any time.

3. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED PHOTOS AND CONTENT

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you submit. By uploading content, you grant Loved Always Pet Co., Shopify, and our production and fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, modify as necessary for production, and transmit that content solely to personalize, produce, fulfill, support, or resolve issues relating to your order.

You represent that you own the submitted content or have all permissions necessary to use it. You may not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights; contains unlawful, hateful, threatening, or obscene material; or depicts exploitation or abuse.

We may reject or cancel an order containing prohibited or potentially infringing content. When appropriate, any payment collected for an order we decline will be refunded.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, prohibited content, inability to produce the submitted design, or problems with payment or delivery information.

An order is not finally accepted until payment is authorized and the order is accepted for processing. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Because personalized orders may enter production shortly after submission, requested changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

5. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
